After the modifications
I had to build a new pickup cover out of 2 humbucker covers from Allparts. I cut them up and spliced them into one, hince the red tape line. I gave my son a choice between a red stripe or a chrome stripe, he chose red. |

For those of you not familiar with the bronco bass, they put a god-awful squire guitar pickup in it. Not as bad a tone as it should have, but it hums like crazy. The billy sheehan humbucker is like butter in this bass. |
Now, how do I get rid of the Squire logo?
THe bass doesn't play like a squire anymore, so now I want to sand the thing right off the headstock.
